We believe girls can do anything they set their minds to, which is why we teach them more than just the game of golf, we inspire them for the game of life too.
The “Five E’s” support our mission and give Girls Golf programs the opportunity to focus on teaching vital life skills that are specific to development for girls like developing confidence, finding their own voice, identifying their talents, and inspiring them to live active and healthy lifestyles.

Girls Program (Designed by our parents)
The girls will have: their own LPGA teaching professional and the opportunity to play a round of golf, weekly; Student Advisory Council sessions, which include life skills, USGA Rules and golf etiquette. Plus, we have planned: four engaging field trips (Lolly the Trolley, Day at the Common Pleas Court, a Swim Party, NASA's "Girl in Stem" Program), and a Movie Night. We'll also have two guest speakers: Congresswoman Marcia Fudge, and Jamie Taylor (GCJGSF Alumni & former LPGA Golf Professional for GCJGSF); presently Program Manager, LPGA Foundation, LPGA-USGA Girls Golf in Daytona Beach, FL.
Girls are encouraged to participate in youth golf tournaments throughout and beyond the Greater Cleveland Community. The program will culminate with an Awards Picnic.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You must first register on the Greater Cleveland Junior Golf Scholarship Fund website:
1. Go to www.gcjgsf.org
2. At the top of the page, click on registration and select the 2019 junior golf member
3. Complete the application online (payment can be done online)
4. You will receive confirmation
Next, download the LPGA-USGA Girls Golf app on your cell phone to register. The prompts will guide you through the process. Make sure you:
1. Create a password (for a symbol use one of the following: #, $, %, or &). This should turn the dots from red to black.
2. Select the program at Shawnee Hills GC, with June Taylor as the site director.
3. Complete the parent info.
4. Complete the student's info.
5. Type your initial and your name at the bottom.
6. You will receive a welcome notice. Within two days you will appear on the master list.
If you have any problem, it will probably be something that is missing in your created password or you did not select a program location.
